This is a third consecutive application for bail, earlier two having been rejected on 18.02.2020 and 22.02.2021. 3.

According to the learned Advocate for the applicant, by the passage of time, the testimonies of the prosecution witnesses have been recorded and it is on that basis that now the applicant is seeking bail. 4.

I am afraid, this Court having twice rejected the application on previous occasions, there is little scope for reconsideration of it during the process when the trial is going on before the Trial Court. One cannot once again examine all the aspects and consider the request for bail. On both previous occasions, after considering the record and the prima facie material against the applicant, his applications were rejected on merits.

ba680-2021 Since the trial is now part-heard, the applicant is expected to wait for it to get over.
