PER COURT :

1) Heard. The petitioner is raising an objection to orders passed by the Respondent relating to de-limitation and reservation of wards for the purpose of holding elections to Group Gram Panchayat, Nachankheda, Tq. Jamner Dist. Jalgaon.

2) Respondent No.3 has presented an

affidavit in reply, wherein it has been stated that the election programme has already been declared on 4th July, 2015 and stage of acceptance of nomination papers is over and today is the date prescribed for allotment of symbols and publication of final list of contesting candidates.

3) In view of the advanced stage of process of election, no interference, in exercise of extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India, is warranted.

4) It would be open for the petitioners to avail of appropriate reedy available in law at appropriate stage.

5) With liberty, as aforesaid, the writ petition stands rejected.

6) It is clarified that we have not dealt with merits of the contentions raised by the

petitioner; and it would be open for the petitioners to raise all the contentions before appropriate forum.
