It is informed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that his Appeal No. 10 of 2022, pending before the Sub Divisional Officer, Kinwat, was reserved for orders on 09.04.2022 and thereafter again reserved on 13.12.2022. Yet orders have not been passed. 2.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that as almost 15 months have lapsed from the first closing of the matter for judgment and seven months have lapsed after the second closing of the matter, the proceedings would now be decided within 30 days. 3.

Considering the peculiar facts as above, we find that it would be appropriate, in the interest of justice, that Respondent No.4- Sub Divisional Officer would cause a hearing in the matter and thereafter pass an order.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with following directions:

(A) Respondent No.4 shall issue notices to the all the ligating parties in the pending appeal within 10 days from today. (B) The matter/appeal would be posted on 27.07.2023 at 12.00 noon.

(C) Hearing in the matter would be concluded by 28.07.2023. (D) The final reasoned order would be passed on or before 31.08.2023.
