It is submitted that the petitioner has been issued cheque of Rs. 4,97,91,588/- and the same is the 90% of the amount in respect of its claim towards the Social Welfare Department.

The learned A.G.P. submits that as far as the claim against V.J.N.T., O.B.C. and S.B.C. Welfare Department is concerned, the meeting was held of all the concerned officers and decision was taken to pay the amount. The communication received by the learned A.G.P. is placed on record.

The 10% amount is with held by the Social Welfare Department as the work is been evaluated. After the evaluation and considering report of the evaluation, further steps will be taken immediately. 4.

In case, the petitioner disputes the amount determined to be paid by the respondent to the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceeding in regard to the same. 5.

The V.J.N.T., O.B.C. and S.B.C department may expedite the process and try to make the payment as may be found payable to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. 6.

The issue of Bank Guarantee shall also be concluded within three months.
