The petitioner has challenged the proceedings pending before the Consumer Forum filed by the Respondents. The proceedings filed are of the year 2008. This Court had not granted any interim order. The said proceedings must have been decided by now as it is the challenge made by the Society only and the Directors in their personal capacity have not assailed any proceedings in the present Writ Petition. In view of the judgment

of the Division Bench of this Court in a case of "Mandatai Sambhaji Pawar and another Vs. State of Maharashtra and others" reported in 2011 (4) Mh.L.J.790, the petition stands dismissed. No costs.
