This petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India challenges the order dated 30th March, 2016 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Latur in Suit No. 555 of 2005. 2.

Mr. Patel, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Syed, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 state that parties have reached a settlement and the suit would be disposed of in view of the compromise arrived at between them. However in view of this petition, pending of the adinterim stay granted on 04th July, 2016, the Trial Court is not taking up the Suit No. 555 of 2005.

Therefore Mr. Patel seeks to withdraw this petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
