By the order of this Court dated 06.06.2017 a bailable warrant was issued to the original complainant/respondent No. 1 herein. Today the

2 CrAppln.No. 2234 / 2017 original complainant present before this Court. The complainant and the accused have compromised the matter out side the Court and consent terms are produced on record. In view of the above, the bailable warrant issued against the respondent No. 1/complainant is recalled and cancelled.

The original accused/applicant filed this application for permission to compound the offence. However under section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, permission is not required for compounding such offence. As the permission is not necessary, parties can enter into compromise out side the Court and then get the same recorded in the Court at any point of time before sentence is fully executed.

In view of the above legal position it is not necessary to grant permission to parties to compound the offence. Hence, application is disposed-of.
