Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 05/08/2024. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 5.

The learned A.G.P. submits on instructions that the copy of the Award placed on record, prima facie, is not an Award, which is delivered in the proceeding. The Authorities, apprehend that there is likelihood of certain bogus documents being placed before this Court. She, therefore, submits that, it would be

In view of the above, let such affidavit-in-reply be filed on or before 31/07/2024.
