Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent.

This Court has passed a detailed order on facts while granting interim protection. Considering the facts as observed in the order dated 13.05.2022, this Court was satisfied to release the applicant on interim bail.

Learned Counsel for the applicant would argue on the same line and pray for confirmation of the interim protection.

Per contra, the learned A.P.P. for the respondent would submit that the applicant is beneficiary. The forged gift-deed and relinquishment deed are to be recovered from the applicant. The learned Counsel for the applicant has expressed willingness to produce the original documents, if available before the investigating authority. If the documents are submitted by the applicant, there is no need to have his custodial interrogation. As has been observed by this Court in the order dated 13.05.2022, that the dispute pertains to the property belonging to the family and the grandmother had no objection for execution of the document, this Court is satisfied that the application deserves to be allowed.

Hence, the following order - i) The application is allowed.
ii) The interim protection granted to the applicant by order dated 13.05.2022 is confirmed on the conditions of the bail and with further conditions that the applicant shall produce the original gift deed and relinquishment deed, if available with him, before the investigating officer, within two weeks from today and shall
(3) attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer on written notice.
iii) Hamdust permitted.
