Petitioners are challenging order dated 08.01.2024 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhusawal District Jalgaon in R.C.C No.135 of 2022. There is alternate efficacious remedy available to the petitioners to assail the impugned order. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

Criminal writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn alongwith leave as prayed for. The petitioners would be at liberty to seek condonation of delay on the basis of time consumed in prosecuting this matter, as is permissible in law.
