The learned counsel for the applicants submits that all the legal heirs of deceased Annapurna Kshiraya Navtake are not impleaded in both these civil applications No.7851 of 2023 and 7852 of 2023 and therefore, these applications can be disposed of with liberty to fle fresh applications for the same prayers by including the remaining legal representatives of Annapurna Navtake.

In view of the same, both these civil applications are disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
