Mr. Phatke learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have made limited prayer i.e. to decide his representation about Adhar card not be made mandatory in public distribution system. 5.

As only directions are sought, without entering into merits of the case of petitioners, we pass the following order : The respondents - authorities shall decide the application of the petitioners (Exhibit A) on its merits,
