After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. He seeks liberty to prefer application for discharge before the trial court.

Permission is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally with such liberty. If such application for discharge is preferred before the Trial Court, it shall be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law. Application is disposed off.
