The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal given for change of caste in the school record of the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer since January-2021. The same is not yet decided.

In case the proposal for change of caste in the school record of the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer then, the Education Officer shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
