The Applicant/Sansthan has put forth prayer clause (B), as under :- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 64 dtd. 11.01.2024 had been pleased to allow the proposal for filling up the 06 vacant posts of Clinical Assistants in the Saibaba Rugnalaya in the required Departments for which an estimated amount of Rs. 63,36,000/- (Sixty Three Lacs, Thirty Six Thousand Only) is required to be spent."

We have perused the Resolution No.64. We are informed that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, as a Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee, has approved the same. 3.

In view of the above, subject to the order dated 09/05/2024, passed by this Court in Civil Application No.8707/2023 in Public Interest Litigation No.98/2021 and Writ Petition No.6611 of 2021, this Civil Application is partly allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which shall be subject to the regularization of the permanent employees or for the tenure of contract set out, whichever is earlier.
