He relies on the ratio in the case of Board of Control for Cricket, India and anr. Vs. Netaji Cricket Club and ors., AIR 2005 SC 592. 3] There is no error on the face of record, therefore, the review application would not be considered. In the circumstances, present application for condonation of delay is hereby rejected.
