Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Though proposed legal heirs are duly served none appears for them. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the application for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3 is filed within limitation. In view of above and for the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application No. 7577 of 2017 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
