Second Appeal is admitted on 2nd July, 1997. There is substantial delay caused in bringing legal representatives of appellant no.2 on record. The application is objected by the learned A.G.P. However, for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, application stands allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the office of the Government Pleader, High Court Bench at Aurangabad, within a period of three months from today.
