Since the petitioner has been permitted to resume duties by the management and he has reported at the school on 13th March 2017, grievance raised in the matter stands satisfied. The petitioner makes the grievance that salary receivable by him from August 2015 has not been paid, and prays that appropriate directions in that regard be issued. 2.

It is the contention of the Zilla Parishad that the proposal has already been moved to the Government for sanction of the salary. The issue will be resolved after receipt of the necessary directions from the State Government. In the event of issuance of any adverse order, liberty to the petitioner to avail of the remedies available in law. 3.
