The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court has passed the order on 24th February, 2015, in Writ Petition No. 9447 of 2014 with connected matters, thereby dismissing the writ petitions on identical issues. The facts in this petition are similar to the said petitions, i.e. the parties had entered into a compromise before the Lok Adalat held on 02nd August 2009. The said order covers the issue in the case at hand. He has tendered the said order across the bar. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purposes. So, he urged passing the same order in the case at hand.

I have gone through the record and order produced before me by the learned counsel for the petitioner. I find substance in the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner in that regard. 1 / 2

In view of the observations made in the order dated 24th February, 2015, passed in Writ Petition No. 9447 of 2014, the writ petition stands dismissed.
