The learned Assistant Government Pleader at the outset raised objection to the maintainability of the petition, contending that as per Schedule-E of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, petitioners can file an appeal before Director of Land Records or Deputy Directors of Land Records.

In that view of the matter, the learned advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to Pooja K.

Writ petition disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
