According to the petitioner, online salary bills are submitted by the Head Master. The respondent/Education Officer in the affidavit has stated that, the complete proposal is not received. If, the complete proposal is received from the Head Master to the office of the Education Officer, then the same will be immediately forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education. 2.

Mr. Ashok Devkare, the Incharge Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded is present in the Court as directed by this Court under order dated 06.02.2018.

If, online salary bills are submitted, same shall be processed. If any information is required, the Head Master shall provide the said information immediately. The salary bills shall not be withheld on technical grounds. Same shall be processed expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of.
