The learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that this court has already passed the order dated 24-02-2015 in WP/9447/2014 with connected matters, thereby dismissing the writ petitions on identical issues. The facts in this petition are similar, i.e. the parties had entered into a compromise before the Lok Adalat held on 02,08.2009. He has tendered the said order across the bar. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purposes. The said order covers the issue in the case at hand. So, he urged passing the same order in the case at hand.
