Learned A.G.P., appearing for the State, on instructions, states that the Review Application tendered by the petitioner under Section 10-A(3) of the Maharashtra Entertainment Duty Act, 1923, would be decided, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. It is further stated that the application seeking stay to the impugned order presented before the Revisional Authority would be decided within a period of four weeks from today. It is also stated that until the decision on the stay application by the State Government and subject thereto, no coercive action would be taken against the petitioner.
Statement made by the learned A.G.P. is accepted. Until decision on the interim application presented by the petitioner seeking stay to the effect and operation of the adverse

In view of above direction, writ petition stands disposed of.
