12.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that illegal sand transportation is carried out from the land of the petitioner. The petitioner has time to time given applications/representations to respondent nos.2 to 6 to stop the same, however no action is taken. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that the authority would consider and decide the applications on its own merit. In case the applications/representations of the petitioner is pending with the respondent nos. 3 and 4 (Page 12 and 18) then the respondent nos.3 and 4 shall take decision upon the same on its own merit in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within four months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
