Pursuant to the order dated 11/05/2017, Mr.Shahane submits that communications dated 30/06/2014 have been sent by speed post to a few non-applicants. All these communications have been returned unserved. Therefore, he submits that he does not have instructions in so far as deletion of the names mentioned in the civil application.

Mr.Bedre submits that the names are sought to be deleted from the proceedigns since some of these employees have retired, some have resigned and some have passed away.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. WP No.947/2000 stands disposed off as against respondent Nos.7, 11, 14, 20, 22, 23, 31, 32 to 34, 37, 39, 41, 43 to 46, 50, 52, 53, 55 on account of deletion of names at the risk of the petitioner. ( Ravindra V.Ghuge, J.) khs/JUNE 2017/14987
