We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. It is submitted that Civil Suit bearing R.C.S. No. 24/2017 is filed challenging the legal heirship certificate issued in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner and respondent No.4 are claiming to be the wife of the petitioner.

The pension is payable to legally wedded wife. The said aspect will be decided in the pending civil suit bearing R.C.S. No. 24/2017.

In light of the above, the parties may take steps after decision in R.C.S. No.24/2017 pending before Civil

(2) WP-8118.2019.odt Judge, Junior Division, Bhadgaon. Considering the fact that the family pension is stalled, the learned Judge may endeavour to decide the same expeditiously. The parties shall cooperate an expeditious disposal of the said suit. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
