Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of the petition will be served if directions are given to the Education Officer/respondent No. 5 to decide the application dated 14.05.2022 filed before the Education Officer/respondent No. 5 within one week from today. 2.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 5 submits that additional time may be granted.

We have heard both sides.

The purpose of the writ petition will be served if the respondent No. 5 is directed to decide both the applications within a period of two weeks from today.

The respondent No. 5 shall communicate the order passed upon the applications to the petitioner. If the order is passed in favour of the petitioner, the respondent No. 5 to ensure that the consequential benefits will be given to the petitioner. If the order is against the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as available under the law.

The petitioner to appear before the Education Officer on 13.06.2022 at 11.00 a.m.
