1] Heard counsel for the parties. Perused letter written by the Assistant Director of Education to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhahi which is annexed at page 37 of the compilation of the writ petition. It appears that though said letter is written on 9th December, 2014, Education Officer (Secondary) has not considered the grievance of the petitioner, as reflected from the aforementioned letter. In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.2 to act upon the letter written by the Assistant Director of Education, Aurangabad Region, Aurangabad, as expeditiously as possible, however, within 3 months from today. It is needless to observe that if it is necessary, respondent No.2 can call the petitioner and respondent Nos. 3 and all concerned for hearing and take decision and communicate the same to all concerned. 2] Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
