Mr. Sangeet, the learned counsel submits that the proposal is submitted for approval to the appointment of Respondent No.3. In fact, forged and fabricated documents are prepared by Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in showing appointment of Respondent No.3 and the proposal is submitted for approval to the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division i.e. also after the cut off date. The petitioner has filed objection with the Deputy Director of Education on 09.04.2019 (Exh 'D').

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.4 to 6 and submits that it is for the Deputy Director of

The petitioner has already approached the Deputy Director of Education by filing an objection (Exh 'D'). It is for the Deputy Director of Education to consider the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of Respondent No.3 and the objection of the petitioner.

In the light of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
