We have considered the extensive submissions of the learned advocates for the respective sides and the learned AGP. We have perused the extensive order dated 17.05.2022 delivered by the learned Vacation Judge.

It does appear from the order passed on 17.05.2022 that the learned Vacation Judge has virtually concluded that this petition could not be entertained and more so, since the election programme is in an advanced stage and as such, there cannot be any interference in such petition. It is only that the petition could

For the reasons set out in the order dated 17.05.2022, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to prefer an election petition after the election results are declared. All contentions are kept open.
