The Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary) to consider the proposal for including name of the petitioner in the 'Shalarth Pranali' submitted by covering letter dated 18.03.2023 by the respondent - Management. Learned AGP submits that a period of four weeks would be required for considering the proposal.

In view of the statement, we dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the proposal forwarded vide covering letter dated 18.03.2023 on its own merits and in view of the policies, norms and the judgments of the High Court. The decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks.
