This application is for restoration of substantive writ petition which was dismissed for default.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is desirable to restore main writ petition. Criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".

Though there is order of issuance of notice, those have not been dispatched for non removal of office objections. 4.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 17.07.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already amount of Rs.5,00,000/- was paid to the respondent and

916-Cri.Appln.1545-25.odt agreement to that effect was executed on 26.10.2021 which is placed on record. Lastly, petitioner paid amount of Rs.10,000/- on 04.11.2024. It is contended that the condition imposed by the impugned order is onerous.

There shall be stay to the operation of the impugned order to the extent of depositing of Rs.1,00,000/-. 7.

Petitioner shall pay monthly maintenance of Rs.5,000/- for respondent till further orders.
