DATE : 10th January, 2022 P.C.:- Learned counsel Shri Patwardhan for the respondent no.1 submits that in hand he receives only Rs.19,000/- salary still he is ready to increase the amount of maintenance by Rs.1,000/-. Learned counsel Shri Patil accedes to this suggestion.

Learned Family Court had awarded maintenance @ Rs.6,000/- per month by its order dated 02.01.2019.

Both the parties agree that in the trial Court salary certificate of the respondent no.1 was not placed on record. According to Shri Patil, the learned trial Court has fixed less amount. Learned counsel Shri Patwardhan submits that respondent-husband has to maintain his parents and his mentally

( 2 ) 47 cra 271.19 challenged brother. In view of this, I find that enhancement of Rs.1,000/- in the amount of maintenance will be just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. In view of this, amount of maintenance is increased to Rs.7,000/- per month from Rs.6,000/- per month from the date of this revision application. Application is disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
