Present petition has been filed by petitioner seeking direction to adjudicate the claim of the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 10554/2019 dated 26.08.2019. 2.

We have perused documents annexed to the petition. The said documents at Exhibit 'B' consists of the proceedings which has been taken thereafter by the authorities under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code by way of revision application which has been decided on 09.08.2024. Thus, there is an order passed by the authorities subsequent to the orders passed by this Court on 26.08.2019. Petitioner is therefore, at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law. 3.
