Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners will approach the Divisional Level Police Complaints Authority at Aurangabad to put-forth their grievance and seek redressal as per Section 22(s) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951. He seeks withdrawal of this petition with such liberty to approach that Authority.
