Heard Mrs. A.N. Ansari, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant. She submits that petitioner No.1 Lateef Khan Wali Mohammed expired on 09.02.2024 and the death certificate is issued by the competent authority. He survived by the legal heirs as shown in paragraph No.4 of the application and she has instructions to appear for all of them. Considering the submissions, the civil application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

909_CA_6222_2024 Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
