Mr. Dhakane, learned counsel for respondent no. 1/original claimant, submits that the amount deposited by the appellant/insurance company is lying with the office of this Hon'ble Court. He, therefore, prays that respondent no. 1/original claimant be permitted to withdraw the same along with the accrued interest thereon.

In view of the above, in the operative part of judgment dated 10.07.2025, clause (III) be added as under:

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // P2-FA-2449-19 -2- "(III) Respondent No.1/original claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant/insurance company in this Court along with accrued interest thereon.

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected judgment be uploaded.
