Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 4 days condoned in filing the First Appeal. The Insurance Company intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned tribunal. Learned Advocate for respondent No.1/original claimant strongly objects to the same.

Taking into consideration the duration and the fact that only the claimant can challenge the delay effectively, though the other respondents have not been served, yet case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, the delay stands condoned.
