Under order dated 09.07.2021, it has been observed that the main request of the petitioner herein is to expedite discharge application pending before the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as such, on instructions, submits that he would not press for prayer clauses '

F' and would be satisfied with retaining prayer clause 'G'. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly refers to that the arguments on the application for discharge have been concluded and the same is awaiting orders.

Having regard to aforesaid, it would be expedient that order would be passed on the discharge application as early as possible, preferably
