By this Application, the Applicant is seeking substitution of his name as Chairman/President of the Petitioner association, in the light of the fact that the erstwhile Chairman/President, Vishram Ramdas Patil, expired and in his place the Applicant was elected as Chairman/President of the Petitioner association.

In support of the prayer made in the present Application, a resolution dated 07.04.2023 passed by the association, has been placed on record.

Although the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 is opposing the present Application, we find that the documents placed on record with the present Application sufficiently justify the prayer made in the Application.

Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. 5.

It is made clear that the Civil Application is allowed on the basis of the copy of the resolution placed on record and this Court has not commented upon the change that has occurred in the office bearers of the association.

List the Writ Petition along with Writ Petition No.2492 of 2025 on 28.07.2025.
