This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent no. 2 Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification claim in respect of petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed. Until disposal of validation claim of petitioner and subject to the decision thereof, respondents 3 and 4 shall not take any adverse action against petitioner.
