This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Learned Advocate Mr. Choudhari, is present on behalf of Appellant Insurance Company through an authority letter. An authorized officer Miss Bushra Khan is personally present on behalf of Insurance Company.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and placed on record the terms of compromise. The Insurance Company has filed withdrawal pursis. The pursis is taken on record and is marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

The respondents/Original Claimants have accepted the award passed by the MACT, Nanded. The respondents/Original Claimants are allowed to withdraw the balance amount with accrued interest, which is already deposited in this Court.

The insurance Company is directed to inform the Motor Accidents Claims, Tribunal, Nanded about the withdrawal of the appeal.

5.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 6.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

7.

The First Appeal and pending Civil Applications if any, stand disposed of.
