Considering the application, this Court finds that following observations in para No.2 appears to be without any material on record and are not necessary for the purpose of deciding Cr. W.P. No. 1573 of 2022. "It is reported that this petitioner is facing various other proceedings where he is accused and he is making various types of allegations against the Presiding Officer and making various prayers."

Therefore, the above portion from order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1573 of 2022 stands deleted. 03.

So far as other prayer in the criminal application is concerned, it is not necessary to consider the same.

The Criminal Application is accordingly allowed partly and disposed off.

Since learned Advocate Ms. Anuradha Mantri is appointed through Legal Aid, her fees is quantified at Rs.5000/- to be paid by High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
