1. The application is filed for extension of time given by this Court for depositing the amount. The learned counsel for applicant submitted that within time the appellant could not make arrangement of money, but today he is ready with the cheque and today he is depositing the cheque itself. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed. Cheque is to be accepted.

2. As entire amount is deposited today itself, the stay is granted to the execution as prayed. The stay application is disposed of.
