Mr. Shinde, the learned AGP raises objection that the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of filing the revision in terms of section 23 (2) of Mamlatdar Courts Act, 1906. 2.

Faced with the difficulty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners seeks liberty to approach the authorities as contemplated under section 23(2) of the Mamlatdar's Court Act challenging the order passed by the Mamlatdar; consequently, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty.

Writ Petition stands disposed off, with liberty to avail the alternate remedy.
