Mr. Chaudhari, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had participated in the selection process for the post of Conductor (Jr.) pursuant to the advertisement issued. The appointment orders were not issued to the petitioners. The petitioners have given representation to Respondent No.4 (Page no. 30, Exh. H). However, no decision is taken upon it as yet. 2.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that the representation is forwarded to the Central Office and same is pending with the Central Office.

The Central Office / Competent Authority shall take decision upon the representation given by the petitioners (Page no.30, Exh.
