We have heard Mr. Satish Ramhari Dawane party in person. The grievance of the applicant is that, he is appointed pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, however, his seniority is not considered from the initial date as per the advertisement, but is being considered from the date of appointment order given. According to the party in person, this Court has already held that, the present petitioner is appointed as per the selection process itself.

We have also heard the learned counsel for the non applicant No. 2 and the learned A. G. P. for the respondent No. 1. 3.

This Court has disposed of the Writ Petition No. 9915 of 2014 vide order dated 13.01.2016 thereby accepting the claim of the petitioner and directing the respondent No. 2 to appoint the petitioner on the post which was vacant for S.C. category. The said order is complied. The request made by the applicant with regard to his seniority is not accepted by the employer/university. The grievance in that regard cannot be considered in the present application.

The applicant is at liberty to challenge the same in any other appropriate proceedings as is permissible in law. The civil application is disposed of. No costs.
