Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

It may not be necessary for us to consider merits of the petition as petitioner is before this court with limited prayer seeking direction to decide the representation submitted to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Nanded-Waghala City Municipal Corporation, Nanded. Petitioner claims to be one of the beneficiaries under the scheme known as Basic Services for Urban Poor (BSUP) and being a beneficiary he submitted a proposal for construction of the house. Petitioner was having a reasonable expectation of receiving amount under the scheme so as to construct the house.

Mr Suryawanshi, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner had approached the authorities by submitting various representations and last representation is submitted to the authority on 18th March, 2017, same is pending before respondent No.2 and is not yet decided. As such, the learned Counsel prays for direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation.

In view of the above referred fact situation, we dispose of the petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18th March, 2017 as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of order of this Court.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
