The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed applications for issuance of caste certificates on 22.05.2021. Respondent no. 2 is not deciding the same and insisting for submission of old documents.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents.

Respondent no. 2 has to decide the applications for issuance of caste certificates on

2 wp 6748.2021 it's own merits and on the basis of the documents filed before him.

Respondent no. 2 shall take a decision on the applications of the petitioners for issuance of caste certificates on it's own merits, in accordance with law and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
